Pep Band Conflict Form

Students who miss a Pep Band performance due to other SCHOOL-RELATED (clubs, athletics, other...) should fill out this conflict form before the missed performance to be excused from their band obligations for that event. Our athletic director states that performances supersede practices. The same is true the other way around — games/matches/meets/etc. supersede band practices. With that said, coaches aren't allowed to hold this against students in any way, especially by reducing playing time. If this is an issue, please let the directors or Mr. Jodarski know and we can work it out with the coach.

Students who must miss for non-school-related conflicts may make-up the points using the procedure found here.

For Basketball Pep Bands

To be excused, students must have SCHOOL-RELATED (clubs, athletics, other...) conflicts for BOTH options. If they aren’t SCHOOL-RELATED conflicts for BOTH events, they are not excused.
