• Who: All Band Students

  • Any junior or senior who is involved in another school activity that has a float in the parade may participate on the float for the parade. Those students will then perform pre-game with the band.

• Report Time: 5:00pm

• Parade Performance Time: 5:30pm

• Pep Band Performance Time: 6:35pm

• Format: Parade and Pregame

• Itinerary:

  • 5:00pm: Report to band room and assemble instrument (freshman and sophomore students involved in other floats should have a friend prepare their instrument)

  • 5:20pm: Parade line-up (freshman and sophomore students involved in other floats should head to the band line-up)

  • 5:30pm: Parade begins

  • 5:55pm: Approximate end of parade; students have time to visit the food trucks and activity area

  • 6:25pm: Be on the track in the pep band setup

  • 6:35pm: pregame performance begins

  • 7:00pm: Game begins; put away equipment; students dismissed
